Antique Royal Life Saving Society award medal, presented to J. Kennedy in October 1913 for achievement in swimming and lifesaving.
The front features a raised lifesaving scene depicting one swimmer supporting another in the water, surrounded by the wording:

The reverse carries the society motto:

The central presentation inscription reads:
