Returns

30 days from delivery, for any reason. Item must be in the same condition you received it.

How to return

1. Email contact@thevoyagebird.co.uk with your order number.
2. Wait for return instructions (do not just send it back).
3. Post the item to us, tracked, within 14 days of the return approval.

Refund

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will fix it: replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on what makes sense. We cover return shipping in this case.

What we do not accept back

• Items marked "sold as seen" in the listing
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items returned after 30 days
