Shipping

Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum, no exceptions. Delivery is included in the price you see, so there is nothing added at checkout.

Dispatch

Same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm, or at a weekend, go out on the next working day.

Who delivers

We send with Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce, depending on the size and value of the item. Everything ships from mainland UK. We hold all stock ourselves and do not dropship.

Combined shipping

Order several items and they travel together where possible. Since UK delivery is free, there is nothing to combine or refund.

Ordering from outside the UK

Overseas orders are arranged individually rather than priced automatically, because our items vary enormously in size and weight. Please get in touch before ordering and we will quote for your country. You would be responsible for any customs charges or import duties your own country applies.
