Original Bandai Robo Machine Robot Winch Truck, manufactured in Japan in 1985. Based on the Toyota New Hilux 4WD, this impressive 1:22 scale transforming toy converts from a detailed pickup truck into a walking robot complete with a battery-operated power winch system.

Produced during the golden age of Japanese transforming robot toys, the Robo Machine range was released by Bandai alongside the hugely popular transforming robot boom of the mid-1980s. These toys combined realistic licensed vehicles with imaginative robot transformations and are now highly sought after by collectors of Japanese vintage toys, Machine Robo, early Transformers-era collectibles and Bandai memorabilia.

Unlike many transforming toys of the period, the Robot Winch Truck features a functioning battery-powered winch capable of lifting both the vehicle and robot vertically, together with four-wheel drive operation, making it one of the more unusual and technically ambitious releases in the Robo Machine range.

Condition:
Good vintage condition overall. The original box is in good condition with age-related storage wear, edge wear and minor creasing as shown. The truck displays well and is in good overall condition, although there are noticeable marks to the windscreen. The original weapons and instruction leaflet are included.
