Vintage 1974 Pluto Electronics Effect Wheels x2 Primitive & Orgy - Box

Vintage pair of original Pluto Electronics Ltd projection effect wheels dating from 1974, complete with their original card storage boxes.

The pair comprises:

* Pluto Electronics Primitive Wheel

* Pluto Electronics P.L. Orgy Wheel

Both are approximately 6-inch diameter projection wheels intended for use with compatible vintage effects / lighting projectors.

The Primitive Wheel features a vivid psychedelic fantasy design with birds, vegetation, a dramatic sun and richly coloured abstract scenery.

The P.L. Orgy Wheel has a darker illustrated design featuring numerous human figures arranged around the circular image.

Both wheel centres are marked with Pluto Electronics Ltd copyright information dating them to 1974.

Condition:

The primitive wheel shows thin cracks (please study the pictures)

The P.L. Orgy Wheel has some sort of oily liquid on one side (not sure if it’s meant to be there)

The original cardboard boxes show substantial storage wear including creasing, crushing, discolouration, edge wear, tears and handwritten identification.

The wheels have not been tested in a compatible projector, so their optical performance is unverified.
