How to find your tracking

  1. Open your dispatch or shipping confirmation email from The Voyage Bird. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it.
  2. Follow the order-status or tracking link in that email to view the information supplied for your order.
  3. If a carrier tracking link is provided, follow it for the carrier's latest delivery updates.

You can also check your original order confirmation for an order-status link. Tracking information may not be available until your order has been dispatched.

If your email is missing, tracking has not updated, or you have a delivery question, contact The Voyage Bird. Please include your order number and use the email address you ordered with so we can help locate your order.

Keep your order details private

Your order-status link is personal to your purchase. Do not post it, your tracking number or your delivery address publicly. Never send passwords or payment card details when asking for help.
