Vintage Hohner Big River Harp MS diatonic harmonica, manufactured in Germany and supplied with its original cream plastic storage case.

The harmonica has ten numbered playing holes and polished metal cover plates engraved with the Big River Harp name, Hohner branding and historic award and trade-mark motifs. The reverse is marked "M. Hohner, Made in Germany" and "Fabulous Mississippi Saxophone".

Part of Hohner's Modular System range, the Big River Harp uses a plastic comb, 20 reeds and 0.9 mm brass reed plates. Its strong, bright tone is suited to traditional blues, folk, country and rock music.

Condition:
Good vintage condition with general surface marks, light scratches, rubbing and age-related wear. The original cream plastic case is included and also shows normal storage wear. The harmonica has not been play-tested, and no guarantee is made regarding the response or tuning of every reed. It should be cleaned or sanitised by the buyer before use.
