Rare and striking pair of antique hand-blown glass bell cloches in vibrant yellow-orange cadmium glass. Each dome has a seeded appearance with visible air bubbles, slight asymmetry and hand-finished shaping, giving them strong period character.

The glass fluoresces a vivid golden-yellow under UV light, consistent with cadmium-reactive glass. Cadmium compounds were historically used to create rich yellow, orange and red tones in glass, particularly from the late 19th and early 20th century onwards.

Condition:
Excellent antique condition overall with light age-related surface wear. No major cracks or chips noted. Small bubbles, slight warping and handmade irregularities are present and are characteristic of early hand-blown glass production. Please study all photographs carefully for exact condition.
