Where do you ship from? Do you dropship?
All items ship from mainland UK. No dropshipping — we hold all stock on hand.
What's your returns policy?
In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations: 14 days to change your mind + 14 days to return. Buyer pays return postage unless not-as-described. Refunds within 14 days.
Do you accept exchanges?
